Client Pricing: Clients subscribing to our support programs enjoy pre-defined discounts off MSRP for products and special labor rates on all services we provide.
Technology Refresh Program: Clients subscribing to support programs may apply up to 25% of their unused annual contract to upgrade out-dated technology.

Secure Plus Support Plan: Provides 24 hour - 7 day on-site support inclusive of software updates, material and labor.
Secure Support Plan: Provides Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on-site support inclusive of software updates, material and labor. After-hours on-call support is available at preferred rates. Standard
Basic Support Plan: Provides Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on-site support inclusive of labor with software updates and materials provided at a predefined discount off MSRP.
Warranty Support: Forge Technology provides a 12 month warranty with your system purchase and three-year, next business day on-site service for all computers.
