Please be advised that as of September 21, 2009, Mr. Gene Frailey is no longer associated with Forge Technology, Inc.  As of that date, Mr. Frailey created an unrelated company he has named V Forge LLC.

Although Forge Technology, Inc. had begun using the name V-Forge ourselves in March, 2009 in reference to a new company division, the company Mr. Frailey has started is not connected with Forge Technology, Inc. or any of its divisions.

In short:  Forge Technology Inc. and V Forge LLC are separate and unrelated entities.
